Insulation
All information regarding the insulation can be obtained from the manufacturer of the insulation.
Buyer
In accordance with the Code of Massachusetts Regulations, before a residential property is transferred, an inspection of its septic system must be done and the inspection report must be furnished to the Buyer. The parties to the real estate sales agreement may decide who will assume the cost of this inspection.
